1)  You must agree that whenauthoring a publication in which you want to include segments of the work ;
     that each said segment in the publication mustcomprise less then a 1/2 page of the work ,
     that the title and author of the work will be indicated as the source of each said segment  on the publication page it appears,
     and
     that you agree to acquire written permission from Mr. Joseph F. Frasca,  before including more then 5 said segments and/or larger segments in said publication.
 
     WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE CONDITIONS IN (1) ABOVE YOU MUST AGREE TO THE BELOW.

2)  You must agree not to distributethe work or  parts thereof.

3)  You must agree not to facilitatethe distribution of the work or  parts thereof  by others (who are) not the publisher of  the work .

4)  You must agree not to alterthe work or parts thereof.

5)  You must agree not to facilitatethe alternation of the work or  parts thereof  by others (who are) not the publisher of the work .
